Public Broadcasting Atlanta Advisory Board Appoints Seven New Members

The Seven New Members Bring Significant Strategy, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare and Legal Experience

Atlanta, GA: Public Broadcasting Atlanta today announced the addition of seven new members to its newly created Advisory Board.

“We have embarked on a strategic transformation to better serve and reflect the Atlanta community,” said Public Broadcasting Atlanta Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ann Cramer. “As an organization that is dedicated to serving the community, we are committed to bringing in insights and expertise from across our area. The new board members are truly exemplary in their individual and combined expertise and they will be instrumental in helping us move our strategy forward.”

The new advisory board members represent a diverse group of institutions and disciplines from across the Atlanta area:

  • Madelyn R. Adams, Director, Community Benefits, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia
  • Andrew Chang, Executive Director of Marketing and Physician Outreach, Piedmont Healthcare
  • Vince Dollard, Interim Senior Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs, Emory University
  • Jennifer Gilmer, Managing Director, Deloitte Consulting
  • Dan Kaufman, President & CEO, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce
  • Allegra J. Lawrence-Hardy, Partner, Lawrence & Bundy L.L.C.
  • Kay Pippin, Mayor, City of Jackson

With the seven new members, the Advisory Board is now comprised of 16 community leaders. The board is chaired by Gale Fox Barnett, Principal, Reynard Investments, LLC.
