Thursday on "City Lights with Lois Reitzes":

American playwright Arthur Miller famously dramatized the Salem witch trials — and the McCarthy era —with his play “The Crucible.” And now Aurora Theatre is picking up the story ten years after Miller’s play ends. The theatre is staging Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa's sequel, "Abigail/1720."

Cosmo Whyte

Every other year, the Hudgens Center awards one Georgia artist the Hudgens Prize. That includes one solo exhibition and a $50,000 award.

Cosmo Whyte is one the four finalists. Originally from Jamaica, he is now an art professor at Morehouse College. As an artist, he isn't limited by medium: he draws, paints, photographs and does performance art. His art explores migration, home and outsiders.
