Atlanta's Dulcé Sloan Makes Her 'Daily Show' Debut

Raised in a joke-cracking family, Dulcé Sloan was introduced to standup comedy at the Laughing Skull Lounge in Atlanta. She also attributes the Laughing Skull as the place where she honed her craft, which just landed her as the newest correspondent on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah.”

She made her debut last week and spoke with "City Lights" host Lois Reitzes about what she has planned for her time on the show.

Tony Award-winning director Kenny Leon is back from the Berkshire Theatre Festival and is headed to Broadway to direct a revival of “Children of a Lesser God.” But he is not home to rest. Leon’s True Colors Theatre Company just opened “Holler if Ya Hear Me,” a musical based on the songs and poetry of Tupac Shakur.
