WABE – What's it like to go back to your old high school? Recently, jazz trumpeter Scotty Barnhart did just that, returning to McNair Middle School, formerly Gordon High School, to give a special concert. He said it was an opportunity to give back. Philip Graitcer has this story.

Atlanta's Rising Foreclosure Rates Also Presents Opportunities

Atlanta, Ga. – The rising rate of foreclosures in Georgia and in metro Atlanta has cast a dark economic cloud, on the region's real estate sector.

But investment opportunities presented by those foreclosures might prove to be the proverbial silver lining- for some homeowners and businesses.
